.No doubt Malaysia has been a popular destination for Mainland Chinese in Malaysia whether it is residential or business. But recently since the new tax tariff was re-structed , many PRC business has opted to move and expand their business here in Malaysia.


MIDA have the following statistics to reflect that from 2024 up to Q3 2025, you may see below a great vast of jump from China investors. Among popular industrial hot-spots are Penang, Tanjung Malim, Klang, Sepang and Johor. Each location are strategically associated based on their business whether is relevant to Semi-Conductors, Automotive, Import/Export trade to be near Airport or Seaport, Data Centers and bordering our neighbouring countries for logistical reasons.
